Job Summary

Job Description

The OTC Analyst will be responsible for comprehensive collections management, including resolving customer financial inquiries, managing overdue balances, and addressing discrepancies. The role also involves financial reporting, such as preparing statements and generating reports, and maintaining desktop procedures. Candidates should actively identify process improvement opportunities and ensure KPIs are met. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills in English.
Must have:
  • Resolving customer financial inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Managing due and overdue balances through Collections Workflow tools
  • Addressing and resolving discrepancies
  • Preparing and distributing customer account statements
  • Generating timely reports including Past Due reports and Forecasts
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive desktop procedures
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement
  • Escalating and following up on issues through appropriate channels
  • Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met and service excellence is maintained
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP systems
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Collections Management
  • Resolving customer financial inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Managing due and overdue balances through Collections Workflow tools
  • Addressing and resolving discrepancies (Quantity, Price, Warranty, Customer, Freight, etc.)
  • Financial Reporting & Documentation
  • Preparing and distributing customer account statements
  • Generating timely reports including Past Due reports and Forecasts
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive desktop procedures
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement
  • Escalating and following up on issues through appropriate channels
  • Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met and service excellence is maintained

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP systems
