Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.
We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.
1. Assist the Account Manager in carrying out and completing customer service tasks as required, ensuring accurate and error-free operations.
2. Cooperate with the Account Manager to ensure that all aspects of the exhibition venue construction and standard booth setup meet quality, safety standards, and project requirements.
3. Aid the Account Manager in preparing exhibitor manuals and related notification letters, ensuring that all information is accurate and effectively communicated.
4. Support the Account Manager in editing customer service-related notices for exhibitions, ensuring rigorous wording, accurate information, and timely distribution.
5. Work with the Account Manager to coordinate with the operations teams of the Group's various branches on operational details, ensuring that all external processes comply with regulations.
6. In conjunction with the exhibition schedule, collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure that all services and products provided by suppliers start and are completed on schedule.
7. Be able to adapt to independent domestic and international business trips.
1. Candidates with one to two years of relevant work experience are preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
3. Possess strong coordination and communication skills.
