We’re hiring for a Paid Search Manager as part of Dentsu in Sofia
This position primarily involves working from home, with occasional requirements to work from the office. However, for long-distance candidates, we could consider offering remote work.
Purpose of the Role:
Managing a team of Paid Search executives and assistants to deliver world-class paid search activity for your clients. You will be responsible for managing performance on your accounts, working closely with Google, and line managing your teams to create consistently excellent output.
Key Accountabilities:
To manage a team to deliver world-class paid search campaigns for our clients (including all search formats and primarily across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads).
Key Experiences:
• Significant and demonstrable experience in paid search for top-tier Google agencies/clients.
• Experienced in team management & development of others, including coaching & mentoring.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Search Ads 360 with all relevant certifications.
• Passionate about the digital landscape, with a keen interest and understanding of the evolution of paid search and its place in the wider media ecosystem.
Key Skills:
• To develop and manage your team, including supporting and coaching them to develop and grow in their roles.
• Ensure consistent and error-free delivery, with oversight of QA checks for all work your team delivers.
• Deliver client performance which meets business objectives and marketing goals, and which takes advantage of the most up-to-date best practice.
• Contribute to the development of our agency's Paid Search product through project work and case study sharing.
• Create, implement and manage client processes including analytics, tracking, reporting, forecasting, finance & internal audits,
• Build & maintain account development and testing plans outlining all key tasks for clients, managing the implementation through the team.
• Drive strategic initiatives, leveraging modern AI and measurement tactics,
• Extensive technical understanding of all aspects of paid search (including search text ads, P-Max, Demand Gen, and inventory-led/feed-powered campaigns).
• Awareness of the latest product developments, techniques and best practices in paid search.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
• Ability to pre-empt issues and be proactive in producing solutions.
• Able to work flexibly under pressure, on multiple tasks and with time-critical deadlines.
• A high degree of numeracy and literacy skills is essential, as well as excellent communication skills.
• An advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and other relevant tools & technology.
• Highly skilled in problem solving & analytical skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail.
