Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Business Development Manager to accelerate pipeline growth through our partner ecosystem. This individual will work closely with international stakeholders — including partner teams, marketing, and sales — to drive measurable results at the top of the funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Generation: Collaborate with existing partners to develop and execute joint demand generation campaigns that drive new business pipeline.
  • Partner Engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships with key partners to uncover new business opportunities and co-develop go-to-market initiatives.
  • Pipeline Acceleration: Identify and implement strategies to generate and accelerate qualified pipeline through partner-led and partner-influenced activities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure partner strategies are aligned with company goals.
  • Program Execution: Initiate joint marketing campaigns with partners, partner enablement sessions, and co-hosted events that drive demand and engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs related to partner pipeline contribution and campaign effectiveness. Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of partner landscape developments, competitor activity, and market trends to inform strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partner/channel management, or strategic alliances, ideally in a B2B technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline growth through partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across regions and departments.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
