We are looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Warsaw Poland, working for the Central Europe region. In this role, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams both internal and external, coordinating the relationships with our existing network of partners, as well as external vendors and agencies.
The role can be carried out in a location-independent hybrid manner from one of our locations either in Warsaw or in Munich. Regular travel within the DACH region is planned for close collaboration with colleagues and partners.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution – Define and implement the marketing strategy for the Polish market, ensuring strong outcome orientation and measurable impact.
- Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns (events, webinars, paid media, social media, mailings) tailored to Poland.
- Content Development – Create engaging content for Polish channels, ensuring alignment with local trends and audience expectations.
- Partner & Network Collaboration – Drive joint marketing activities with business partners and enhance collaboration within the partner and business networks.
- Creative Production – Coordinate with agencies and partners to deliver high-quality creative materials (banners, videos, copywriting).
- Market Representation – Act as the responsible marketing lead for Poland, serving as the key liaison between local operations and corporate/industry teams.
Qualifications
- Language Skills – Native-level Polish, fluent English, and at least basic understanding of German.
- Education & Experience – Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Economics, plus 5+ years’ marketing experience in a software environment or agency.
- Market & Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of Polish marketing trends and familiarity with key industries is a strong plus (Aerospace & Defense, Transportation & Mobility, Industrial Equipment).
- Digital Marketing Proficiency – Skilled in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Creative & Visual Skills – Strong written communication and visual storytelling abilities; basic skills in design and media tools (Canva, Photoshop, Camtasia).
- Flexibility & Collaboration – Based in Warsaw or Munich with 30–40% travel; strong ability to work with sales, marketing teams, partner networks, agencies, and corporate stakeholders.
