As a Partnerships Manager at Tellius, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with strategic partners. You will develop and implement a partnership strategy, identify and establish relationships with partners, manage existing partnerships, and collaborate with various teams. You will also negotiate agreements, track performance, and attend industry events.
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry, particularly in AI, SaaS, or data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Good to Have
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

Role Overview:
As a Partnerships Manager at Tellius, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with strategic partners, including technology providers, resellers, consultants, and industry influencers. You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, expanding Tellius' reach, and fostering long-term partnerships that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify, qualify, and establish relationships with potential strategic partners, including technology companies, consulting firms, and other relevant industry players.
- Manage existing partnerships, ensuring alignment with mutual goals and maximizing business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner integration and success.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clear and effective communication of terms.
- Track partnership performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Tellius and build new connections.
- Stay current on market trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
