Job Description

The Commercial Growth Program Manager at Zelis drives operational excellence and strategic alignment within the Payments team. This role involves compiling and analyzing market and business intelligence, supporting business case development, and ensuring the smooth execution of special projects and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include data analysis, project management, cross-functional coordination, and developing reports and communication materials for stakeholders. The manager will also act as a PMO for the Partnerships team, managing contracts, approvals, and workflow processes.
Must have:
  • Act as a partner to the Partnerships and CGT teams with a strong focus on data analysis and actionable insights.
  • Support the creation and refinement of business cases, presentation decks, and materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Compile and analyze market data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Own and manage reporting for special projects and strategic initiatives across the Partnerships organization.
  • Develop project plans and dashboards to track workstreams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Act as PMO for Partnership team across various relationships and workstreams, creating processes for visibility and tracking of work, timelines and achievement of KPI’s.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Sales to manage contracts, approvals, and workflow processes.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of tasks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop reports and communication materials that keep key stakeholders aligned and informed.

Position Overview

The Commercial Growth Program Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across the Payments team. This role serves as a connection between data analysis, project management, and cross-functional coordination. You will be responsible for compiling and analyzing market and business intelligence, supporting the development of business cases, and ensuring the smooth execution of special projects and strategic initiatives.

  • Act as a partner to the Partnerships and CGT teams with a strong focus on data analysis and actionable insights.
  • Support the creation and refinement of business cases, presentation decks, and materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Compile and analyze market data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist in distilling complex data into concise, decision-ready formats for executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • Own and manage reporting for special projects and strategic initiatives across the Partnerships organization.
  • Develop project plans and dashboards to track workstreams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Act as PMO for Partnership team across various relationships and workstreams, creating processes for visibility and tracking of work, timelines and achievement of KPI’s
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Sales to manage contracts, approvals, and workflow processes.
  • Assist in coordination with Client Management team on management of QBR cadences and pipeline discussions with Sales
  • Ensure seamless coordination of tasks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Help prioritize competing tasks and maintain visibility across initiatives through shared project tracking tools.
  • Develop reports and communication materials that keep key stakeholders aligned and informed.

Location and Workplace Flexibility

We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. We foster a hybrid and remote friendly culture, and all our employee's work locations are based on the needs of the position and determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.

Base Salary Range

$86,000.00 - $115,000.00

At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
