Payroll Accountant
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves comprehensive payroll management, including calculating salaries, sick leave, vacation, and civil contract compensations. Responsibilities also include processing payment orders, communicating with employees regarding payroll data, generating income certificates, and ensuring HR data compliance with Ukrainian legislation. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of payroll experience, A2 English proficiency, and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
Must have:
- Payroll calculation
- Calculation of sick leave, vacation, and compensation under civil law contracts
- Processing payment orders for payroll
- Communication with employees regarding payroll data
- Generation of income certificates
- Analysis of HR input data for correctness and compliance with Ukrainian legislation
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll calculation
- English language proficiency at A2 (pre-intermediate) or higher
- Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Excel and Word

- Education in accounting, finance, audit, or economics
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work productively and effectively in a team and learn quickly

- Preference is given to candidates with education in accounting / finance / audit / economics
- English language knowledge at A2 (pre-intermediate) level or higher
