Cedacri, part of ION Group, is seeking a Payroll Specialist for its C-Global Payroll team in Italy. This role involves processing and checking payslips, pension funds, accounting statements, and various tax forms like Uniemens and F24. Responsibilities also include administrative back-office tasks, maintaining client documentation, ensuring accuracy in communications, analyzing regulatory updates, and reporting/monitoring procedural anomalies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics and advanced Excel skills, joining a dynamic and growing environment to onboard new clients.
Must have:
  • Process and check payslips for national collective labor agreements in the credit, commerce, and metalworking sectors
  • Process and check pension fund flows, union dues, and health insurance funds
  • Process and check accounting statements and personnel provisions
  • Process and check Uniemens, F24, INAIL self-assessment, severance pay substitute tax, single certifications, form 770
  • Process and check data useful to the actuary for IAS19 purposes, data for the IRAP tax wedge
  • Handle administrative back-office tasks
  • Centralize and maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions
  • Ensure precision, transparency, and accuracy in all client communications and internal/external process activities
  • Analyzing regulatory updates
  • Reporting any procedural anomalies through a ticketing system
  • Monitoring that anomalies are resolved correctly
  • Degree in economics
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of ADP's ISU One Service

Your role:

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

Degree in economics

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Preferred qualification: knowledge of ADP's ISU One Service
