The role entails

• Conducting vulnerability assessments, infrastructure or web/mobile application penetration tests

• Supporting team during various penetration testing engagements

• Reporting, presenting and explaining findings to key stakeholders and recommending solutions for security improvements

• Using straightforward and structured communication when influencing others

• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

What we are looking for

• University degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields

• Up to three (3) years of work experience in a Penetration Testing, Information Security or an IT position

• Sound knowledge of networking protocols, TCP/IP stack and operating systems

• Understanding of technical concepts such as web/mobile application security, network security, intrusion detection/prevention systems etc.

• Understanding of security testing tools such as Burp, Metasploit, Nessus or other Penetration Testing tools

• Knowledge of high-profile critical security vulnerabilities, exploits and attack vectors

• Understanding of frameworks and industry-leading practices such as OWASP and OSSTMM

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Skills-based certifications (e.g., OSCP)
