Job Description

The Information Security Analyst – IAM will support the implementation, operation, and maintenance of CSG’s IAM program. This role involves day-to-day operations of access control systems, identity management solutions, and authentication processes. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing policies, participating in audits, applying patches, and maintaining compliance. The analyst will also support security policies, understand technical requirements, design solutions, operate IAM processes (access, privileged access, identity management), create security documentation, and contribute to the Strategic Security Plan.
Must Have:
  • Support security policies, practices, procedures, and technologies.
  • Understand, analyze, and document technical requirements.
  • Design and document solutions that address business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Operate IAM processes, including access management, privileged access management, and identity management.
  • Support execution of the organization’s Strategic Security Plan and maintain security architecture design.
  • Create and maintain security documentation (policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures).
  • Participate in audit, compliance, and regulatory efforts, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and security audits.
  • Perform off-hours work when necessary to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Knowledge of IAM policies and procedures and Zero Trust principles.
  • Understanding of authentication concepts, including SSO and MFA.
  • Experience with PAM technology and administration.
  • Familiarity with IGA systems and RBAC processes.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Entra ID, and public cloud.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, including PCI, ISO, HIPAA, GDPR.
  • Skills in gathering and documenting requirements and applying analysis to fulfill them.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience; or equivalent experience.

The Information Security Analyst – IAM position will support the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the organization’s IAM program. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of access control systems, identity management solutions, and authentication processes, while also developing and enforcing relevant policies and procedures, participating in audits and assessments, and applying patches and updates to maintain compliance with vulnerability and SDLC standards.

This job is responsible/accountable for supporting the processes and objectives of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function within the CISO organization.

We are looking for an Analyst, Information Security – Identity and Access Management (IAM) who will:

  • Support security policies, practices, procedures, and technologies in order to ensure the protection of networks, systems, applications, and data
  • Understand, analyze, and document technical requirements in support of functional requirements
  • Design and document solutions that address business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Operate IAM processes, including:
  • Access management and governance
  • Privileged access management
  • Identity management
  • Support execution of the organization’s Strategic Security Plan and collaborate with partners to maintain the security architecture design
  • Create and maintain security documentation (policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures)
  • Participate in audit, compliance, and regulatory efforts, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and security audits
  • Perform off-hours work when necessary to minimize disruptions
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Domestic and international travel up to 5% may be required
  • Model professional behavior, foster constructive relationships, and demonstrate proactive communication and collaborative problem solving aligned with organizational values
