Rebellions is seeking a People & Culture (HR) Lead to establish and execute mid-to-long-term HR strategies aligned with the company's vision. This role involves designing and enhancing HR systems across recruitment, evaluation, compensation, workforce management, and organizational culture. The lead will collaborate with management on organizational and talent strategies, support data-driven HR decisions, and lead the HR team to foster both organizational performance and individual growth. Key qualifications include over 15 years of total HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR team leadership, and experience in startups with over 300 employees.

- Experience with HR Analytics, HRIS, and data-driven HR operations.
- Experience in planning and executing organizational culture programs.
- Foreign language proficiency, such as English.
