Job Summary
is seeking an experienced and diligent HR Generalist with top-notch analytical and communication skills to join our team. An HR administrator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills.
To ensure success, you should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships,and training. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining a productive and positive work environment for our team Reporting to Director of People, you will be responsible for the following:
Compensation Information: $85,000 - $95,000 base
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of total compensation package for employees. This position is also eligible for a paid time off policy, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
