Job Summary
Serasa Experian is seeking an SRE Coordinator to lead the Site Reliability Engineering team within the Consumer Services business unit. The ideal candidate will have solid SRE experience, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage and optimize IT infrastructure and operations to ensure high availability and performance of services. Responsibilities include leading the SRE team, developing strategies for reliability, collaborating with engineering teams, monitoring performance, managing incidents, and promoting automation.
Must Have
- Lead and manage the SRE team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure continuous integration and operation of services.
- Monitor and analyze performance and availability metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Manage critical incidents and coordinate emergency response.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Promote a culture of automation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Participate in the recruitment and development of talent for the SRE team.
- Manage FinOps practices and constantly monitor budgetary aspects.
- Connect with other SRE leaders to foster a culture of community and collaboration.
- Solid experience in AWS cloud computing and cloud solution architecture.
- Proficiency in microservices orchestration operations and cluster management.
- Advanced knowledge in programming/scripting languages, such as Python and Go.
- Experience in infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Ability to develop high-volume service architectures with decoupling strategies.
- Previous experience in leadership or coordination of technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Conversational English.
