Job Summary

Job Description

The People team is crucial for organizational success, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, compensation, benefits, administration, and analytics. They implement effective practices and policies, enhance employer branding, and improve internal communication. By partnering with other departments, the People team aligns HR strategies with the company's business goals to drive innovation and transformation.
Must have:
  • Supporting the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, employment changes, offboarding
  • Assisting with employment contracts, addendums, and related documentation
  • Maintaining physical and digital employee records
  • Supporting the offboarding process and leaver documentation
  • Validating and collecting medical certificates and other leave-related documents
  • Assisting with providing certificates and HR-related documentation to employees
  • Supporting occupational health procedures, including medical check scheduling
  • Collaborating closely with the Labour Medicine Service to ensure health, safety, and security compliance
  • Assisting in the monthly payroll input data preparation
  • Supporting workplace safety documentation and processes
  • 6+ months of experience in a People Operations or HR support role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, data manipulation, and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling HR data and records
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information discreetly
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM or other HRIS
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian labour legislation

Job Description

People team plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success and growth. They focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, compensation, benefits, administration, and analytics, while implementing effective practices and policies. Additionally, they enhance employer branding and internal communication initiatives. By deeply engaging in business partnering, People team works closely with other departments and management to align HR strategies with the company's business goals.

Contract type: Full-time, Fixed-term (Maternity Cover with extension depending on demand & performance)

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, employment changes, offboarding
  • Assisting with employment contracts, addendums, and related documentation
  • Maintaining physical and digital employee records
  • Supporting the offboarding process and leaver documentation
  • Validating and collecting medical certificates and other leave-related documents
  • Assisting with providing certificates and HR-related documentation to employees
  • Supporting occupational health procedures, including medical check scheduling
  • Collaborating closely with the Labour Medicine Service to ensure health, safety, and security compliance
  • Assisting in the monthly payroll input data preparation
  • Supporting workplace safety documentation and processes.

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in a People Operations or HR support role, preferably within a multinational or technology-driven company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, data manipulation, and reporting (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM or other HRIS would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of Bulgarian labour legislation. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling HR data and records
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage confidential information discreetly
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
