Job Description

This role is integral in managing the technology and processes that make Pluralsight an incredible place to work, focusing on Workday and particularly performance management. You will deliver new functionality, key updates, and business support by suggesting and implementing technology solutions. You will serve as a Workday subject matter expert, provide production support, assist with custom reports, troubleshoot integrations, and drive adoption of performance management tools. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, trusted partner, strong communicator, and advocate for automation.
Must have:
  • Serve as Workday subject matter expert with a focus on Performance Management
  • Provide production support across People Technology stack
  • Assist partners with Workday custom reports and dashboards
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations with other platforms
  • Provide system functional support and optimization services
  • Track projects and tickets in Jira
  • Partner with leaders to drive adoption of performance management tools and best practices
  • Support other Workday modules while ensuring performance management remains a central priority
  • At least 3 years of Workday experience across multiple modules, with strong exposure to performance management processes

You will deliver new functionality, key updates, and business support by suggesting and implementing technology solutions. Our core platform is Workday, and this role has a particular focus on performance management, helping leaders and team members have meaningful conversations, set clear goals, and track growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the Workday subject matter expert with a focus on Performance Management, including configuration, cycle execution, and ongoing enhancements
  • Provide production support across the People Technology stack, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Assist partners with Workday custom reports and dashboards, with a focus on performance, goals, and talent insights
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations with other platforms as needed
  • Provide system functional support and optimization services, improving adoption and usability
  • Track projects and tickets in Jira, ensuring timely and accurate delivery against commitments
  • Partner with leaders to drive adoption of performance management tools and best practices through training and resources
  • Support other Workday modules (Recruiting, Compensation, HCM, etc.) while ensuring performance management remains a central priority

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Strongly prefer candidates with experience supporting Workday Performance Management, Recruiting, and Compensation
  • Proven ability to translate performance management best practices into system solutions that improve adoption and outcomes
  • Analytical skills to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to leaders
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes and drive user adoption

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business preferred but not required
  • At least 3 years of Workday experience across multiple modules, with strong exposure to performance management processes
  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Pay Transparency:

The annual US base salary range for this role is $83,800 - $116,400 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
