Must Have

  • Architect and lead design of performance-optimized database and application solutions.
  • Mentor and guide developers in best practices for DB design and .NET development.
  • Review and optimize query execution plans and application performance.
  • Drive adoption of SOLID principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and align with business goals.
  • Conduct code reviews and performance audits to maintain high standards.

  • Expert-level MSSQL: DB design, performance tuning, query optimization.
  • Advanced .NET development: C#/VB.Net, OOP, multi-threading, LINQ, TPL, ASP.Net.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Strong grasp of architectural principles including SOLID and microservices.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
