The ideal candidate will monitor campaign performance, analyze data for trends, create reports, and collaborate with creative teams to drive player growth and engagement for our global gaming titles.

  • Assist in managing and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns across channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support in creating campaign reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new ad creatives
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify best practices
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and gaming industry trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns across channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support in creating campaign reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new ad creatives
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify best practices
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and gaming industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing (gaming experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for mobile games
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
