About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to join our mobile gaming team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms to drive player growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns across channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support in creating campaign reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new ad creatives
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify best practices
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and gaming industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing (gaming experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for mobile games
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
