This role involves assisting in the setup, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Key responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance metrics such as CPI, CTR, and ROAS, and creating/testing ad creatives. The associate will conduct data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, support marketing strategy development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in mobile gaming, is required. Proficiency in Excel and an analytical mindset are essential for tracking campaign effectiveness and staying updated on industry trends.

  • Previous internship or 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or related role, preferably in mobile gaming.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms and metrics (CPI, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics and mobile attribution platforms to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies and initiatives based on performance insights and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and game development objectives.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and mobile gaming.
