Job Summary

The Performance Marketer will assist in planning, launching, and managing user acquisition campaigns for mobile games across paid channels. This entry-level role involves monitoring daily campaign performance, optimizing budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives, and tracking key metrics like CPI, ROAS, and LTV. The individual will conduct A/B testing, support creative ideation, and analyze performance across various segments. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Appsflyer are essential.

Must Have

  • Assist in planning and managing user acquisition campaigns for mobile games.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance (budgets, bids, targeting, creatives).
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV).
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and audiences.
  • Support creative ideation and asset coordination.
  • Research competitor strategies and market trends.
  • Analyze performance across country, platform, device, and audience segments.
  • Scale successful campaigns and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and benchmarks.
  • Up to 1 year experience in performance or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of mobile app performance marketing KPIs.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with Google Analytics/Firebase, Appsflyer or Adjust.
  • Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, launching, and managing user acquisition campaigns for mobile games across paid channels
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics including CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, retention, ARPU, and LTV
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, formats, audiences, and landing experiences
  • Support creative ideation by sharing insights on winning creatives and market trends
  • Coordinate with designers and video editors to request, review, and iterate ad assets
  • Research competitors’ ads, strategies, and positioning across different markets
  • Analyze performance by country, platform, device, and audience segments
  • Assist in scaling successful campaigns while maintaining performance benchmarks
  • Identify performance issues and propose data-driven solutions
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and performance dashboards
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and mobile gaming benchmarks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in performance or digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (BBA preferred)
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of mobile app performance marketing KPIs and funnels
  • Interest in mobile games and understanding of different game genres
  • Working knowledge or hands-on exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Google Analytics/Firebase, and Appsflyer or Adjust
  • Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills
