This role focuses on executing Paid Search campaigns to achieve agreed-upon performance targets. The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and uploading of client campaigns, either directly or by supervising junior staff. They will also build relationships with vendors and third-party representatives to stay updated on new features and betas. Analyzing performance reports to gain actionable insights is key. Coaching and developing junior staff, alongside building strong relationships with the client services team and clients is another key aspect.
