The responsibilities include handling personal requests, managing confidential information, overseeing office operations, managing office supplies, coordinating office events, and handling personal errands. The candidate must maintain an organized approach to managing the CEO's priorities. The role involves ensuring a productive and organized work environment and requires a high level of urgency and discretion.

Position Overview: 


The Personal Assistant & Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and overseeing general office operations.  This role requires someonewho thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment, has exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail,and maintainsa high level of urgency & discretion.   


Core Responsibilities
  • Handle all personal requests made by CEO.   
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 
  • Oversee office operations and ensure a productive and organized work environment. 
  • Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless office functionality (be able to lift at least 30 lbs.) 
  • Coordinate office events, team gatherings, and executive offsites as needed.   
  • Handle personal errands, reservations, and ad-hoc tasks as required by the CEO. 
  • Maintain an organized approach to managing the CEO’s personal and professional priorities.
