BrightEdge is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager I to support enablement initiatives across the sales organization. The role involves working with Account Executives and Sales Managers to understand their priorities and deliver programs and resources to aid their success. Responsibilities include gathering needs, organizing content, coordinating training sessions, communicating updates, and tracking results. This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow in sales enablement and make a significant impact. The role requires assisting in the design and delivery of training programs for Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Sales Managers on product knowledge, sales processes, and best practices. You will also help maintain onboarding programs and ongoing learning opportunities, support the creation and organization of resources like presentations and guides, and ensure content is up-to-date and easily accessible. Additionally, the role involves assisting in identifying and implementing process improvements, tracking key sales metrics, and collaborating with team members to understand their needs and challenges.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Help design and deliver training programs for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Sales Managers on product knowledge, defined motions, sales processes, and best practices.
- Assist in maintaining and delivering onboarding programs and ongoing learning and development opportunities for new AEs and AE Managers.
- Support the creation and organization of resources including training, presentations, guides, templates, and FAQs for team members to use in their daily work.
- Help keep content accurate and up to date and ensure it is easy to find when needed.
- Assist in identifying areas where sales processes and workflows could be improved.
- Work with other teams (e.g., Business Operations) to help implement these improvements.
- Help track key metrics related to sales success, such as playbook usage, classroom and live certifications, and sales execution.
- Assist in reviewing data to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement.
- Work closely with team members to understand their needs and challenges.
- Act as a first point of contact for SDRs, AEs, and AE Managers for enablement-related questions.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
What it Takes to be Successful
- 2+ years of Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or other relevant L&D / Training experience.
- Passion for SaaS sales, empowering others, and delivering value to customers.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across groups and geographies.
- Excellent critical thinking skills: able to break down business problems and create programs that align with business goals.
- Ability to design, develop, and deliver fully executed programs and resources – this is a doing role.
- Results-oriented; able to accomplish both project and team goals.
