Job Description

The Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for the highest level of execution of HALEON brand strategies, monthly and quarterly implementation of business plans/goals in the assigned territory to maximize sales value, market share, and presence of HALEON brands in pharmacies. The role involves delivering net sales targets, building business plans, analyzing data, managing sales targets, and developing relationships with pharmacists.
Must have:
  • Deliver designated net sales targets through perfect execution of distribution, availability, visibility, and recommendation indicators.
  • Build short-term and annual business plans by implementing and constantly monitoring contracts.
  • Continuously analyze data to prevent stock shortages or weaker visibility.
  • Responsibility for sales target in the assigned territory.
  • Define SMART goals for each visit and properly select the form of contact with the pharmacy.
  • Adhere to the designated frequency of reaching pharmacies.
  • Apply visit elements/steps.
  • Deepen knowledge of Haleon products and regularly update it.
  • Conduct professional detailing activities to obtain recommendation commitments.
  • Optimize Budget: Invest within the allocated budget to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure the highest efficiency of investments.
  • Develop relationships with pharmacists to build the highest level of awareness of HALEON brands.
  • Effective teamwork and cooperation with other colleagues in the organization.
  • Timely reporting in accordance with company requirements.
  • Secure required investment/expense documentation in accordance with HALEON policy; Ensure full compliance with commercial and pricing policy.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare industry, in the pharmacy channel.
  • Excellent skills in implementing and executing activities in pharmacies.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Driving License (B).
  • Minimum secondary education.
  • Communicative English language skills.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Representing the highest level of task execution skills.
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Basic financial and analytical skills - ability to manage budget and calculate investment effectiveness.
  • Experience in cross-functional cooperation.
  • High ethical standard.

Pharmaceutical Representative

Place of work: Warsaw and surroundings
