Job Description

The job involves interacting with indirect pharmacies, achieving distribution, display, and stock objectives. Key responsibilities include establishing ideal assortments, stocks, and displays aligned with company strategy; proposing and negotiating commercial agreements; achieving sales targets; monitoring stock movement and considering discounts; building relationships with clients; focusing on clients with growth potential; recommending and managing the commercial activity budget; and ensuring the prompt installation of promotional displays. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service or sales, intermediate English, intermediate/advanced Office skills, own mobility, and a driver's license.

Propósito del Puesto: Interactuar con farmacias indirectas, alcanzando los objetivos de distribución, exhibición y stock establecidos por la empresa. Enfocarse en la mejora continua de la cuota de mercado en todas las categorías.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • ·Establecer el surtido ideal, los stocks y las exhibiciones para una mejor alineación con la estrategia de la empresa IPPP.
  • Proponer y negociar acuerdos comerciales anuales, actividades comerciales y activaciones. Supervisar su cumplimiento tanto en exhibiciones como en objetivos de ventas.
  • Lograr los objetivos de ventas maximizando el interés del cliente, exhibiendo los productos adecuadamente, manteniendo los estantes de la tienda y el inventario.
  • Monitorear el movimiento de stock y considerar rebajas, promociones, cambios de precios, liquidaciones, etc.
  • Construir relaciones constructivas con los clientes y trabajar en equipo con los socios del canal para crear una cartera de clientes y cerrar acuerdos.
  • ·Enfocar la inversión en clientes con potencial de crecimiento y capacidad de ejecución.
  • Recomendar y gestionar el presupuesto para la actividad comercial en el canal.
  • Asegurar la pronta instalación de exhibiciones promocionales, la actualización de todos los materiales de punto de venta (POS) y la exhibición de precios en el lugar correcto.
  • Mantenerse al día con las mejores prácticas de la industria.
  • Completar y enviar informes periódicos con fotos de los puntos de venta (POS).

  • ·Educación: Estudiante avanzado de carreras afines.
  • ·Experiencia: Experiencia en atención al cliente, ventas o similares.
  • Inglés: Nivel Intermedio
  • Manejo intermedio/avanzado del paquete Office.
  • Movilidad propia y licencia de conducir.
  • Habilidades: Buscamos a alguien sociable, extrovertido, con perfil comercial, muchas ganas y actitud de crecer y aprender.
