Job Description

This role focuses on leading, coaching, and developing a team to provide professional services to patients and clients through academic visits and seminars. The District Manager will set sales targets, formulate regional promotion strategies, and ensure the team achieves sales indicators. Key responsibilities include managing the team's professional development, implementing academic activities, accelerating product access in community centers, cultivating regional experts, and keenly observing market opportunities and risks to drive business growth and mitigate losses.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, related medical major preferred.
  • Professional, successful, pharmaceutical company promotion experience (3-5 years or more).
  • Familiar with the specific conditions, characteristics, and relevant medical policies and regulations of the local pharmaceutical market.
  • Understand the company's products and competitive product markets.
  • Master hospital work processes, hospital sales characteristics, and basic theories and techniques of hospital marketing.
  • Strong regional business planning ability, good resource allocation, regional management, and key account management ability.
  • Strong organizational coordination, interpersonal communication skills/influence.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills.
  • Ability to guide, train, and motivate subordinates.
  • Understand digital management models, frameworks, and have digital management ideas.
  • Proficient in computer operation and common office software.
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation skills.

Job Objective:

Through coaching, leading, motivating, managing, and developing the team, ensure that oneself and the team provide professional services to patients and clients through academic visits and seminars; at the same time, skillfully use various market analysis tools to precisely manage the process of subordinates to achieve team goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set team sales targets, formulate regional promotion strategies and action plans, and achieve sales indicators.
  • Manage the team and cultivate subordinates' professional promotion capabilities (sales skills, time management, customer management, product knowledge learning, etc.).
  • Undertake EMK/TMK academic activities in the region, accumulate excellent experience, refine successful models, and replicate them within the team.
  • Accelerate product access in community centers, increase doctor coverage and diagnosis rates, and cover more new patients.
  • Maintain and cultivate regional experts, organize and build academic activity platforms, and enhance brand awareness through expert endorsement.
  • Independently judge and keenly observe policies, market opportunities, and risks, reduce business losses, and seize policy dividends.
