Job Description

Description

LOOP is a digital-first lead agency, exploring the intersections between design, technology and digital brand building for leading brands. With a team of 400 digital talents and through data driven marketing, we help brave clients to stand out in the digital age. Over the last few years our brilliant team has done remarkable and innovative work for internationally recognised high-profile brands such as Puma, Audi, Breitling, Red Bull and numerous others.

At LOOP, photography is at the heart of how we capture ideas, stories, and moments that matter. As our Photography Intern, you’ll support photo and video productions across pre-production, on-set tasks, and basic post — with photography as your main focus and video involvement added only when your time, skillset, and interest align. You’ll contribute to creative preparation, assist the team during shoots, take ownership of small internal productions, and help keep all visual assets and gear organized. This internship is built for hands-on learners with a strong interest in production workflows, a reliable work ethic, and a desire to grow in a high-quality creative environment.

Requirements

  • You support production preparation through equipment checks, logistics coordination, and overall readiness for each shoot.
  • You assist on set with lighting and camera setup, gear handling, BTS documentation, file management, and equipment pick-ups and returns.
  • You help organize and manage photo assets after shoots, ensuring structured, accessible, high-quality project archives.
  • You support simple photo edits, selects, and exports using Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One.
  • You help with creative preparation by gathering references and inspiration that shape each visual approach.
  • You’ll get hands-on practice in small internal productions: starting as support, and gradually taking ownership of low-complexity in-house photo shoots as you grow.
  • You already have a good understanding of Photography, shaping lights and clean image compositions - supporting the team also with a basic understanding of all photo and video relevant workflows.
  • You assist in managing equipment via inventory management, maintenance, and clear organization.
  • You hold a driving license (B) and speak German at a native level and English at B-level.
  • You are available for a 6–12 month internship.

Benefits

  • 4-day Workweek: At LOOP you can choose between a 5-day or a 4-day workweek – and have the freedom to switch between these models twice a year.
  • Free Sports and Fitness: Yoga, fitness, climbing, tennis and more. LOOP covers the costs and gives you access to fitness studios and sports facilities across Austria or Germany.
  • +20% Vacation: We don’t believe there can be enough time to recharge, that’s why all our team members get +20% vacation days per year, we call it Sunny Hours.
  • 4000+ m² Office Space: Our loft space is part of our identity. An ideal environment for working, collaborating and finding inspiration — with an additional 600m² film- and photo studio.
  • 100% Hybrid Work: Home office or LOOP office space? It’s your choice every day, and you don’t even need approval.
  • International and Diverse: Team members from 40+ different nationalities in 7 locations, English as main language and a 55% female leadership quota.
  • And much more: Language Courses, Visa Support, LOOP.Horizon workshops and trainings, Klimaticket Contribution, Audiobook Library, Headspace App Subscription, etc.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 28,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.

So, if you are motivated to join the LOOP Team, we are happy to offer you a position as a Photography Intern in Salzburg.
