We are seeking a highly skilled PLSQL Developer with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. The role involves development and enhancements for Point of Sale (POS) systems, owning POS processes, and optimizing database performance. Responsibilities include understanding the impact of POS processes on downstream systems, ensuring seamless database job execution, and keeping e2open and POS databases in sync. The developer will execute regular database maintenance tasks, support sales rep assignments, and troubleshoot data-related technical issues for users and developers, guiding them with best practices. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required.
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in IT
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL programming
- Developing stored procedures, packages, and functions
- Creating efficient database queries
- Designing database schemas
- Experience with SQL Developer, Toad
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of SDLC
Good to have:
- Experience with e2open CDM
- Experience in SNOWFLAKE Datawarehouse

We are seeking a highly skilled PLSQL Developer with a minimum of 3-5 years track record of relevant work experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience: 3-5 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
• Development and enhancements related to Point of Sale (POS)
• Understand and own the POS Processes and its Development and Optimise database performance and efficiency by evaluating and recommending new database technologies.
• Understand the impact of the POS Process in the downstream systems and work effectively with other IT teams for seamless flow of accurate data.
• Makes sure the DB jobs run seamlessly and keep a close watch on alerts including on time refreshes, scheduled jobs etc.
• Keep e2open and POS DB in sync with all related feed ins and feed outs. Work with and within e2open during planned maintenances and make sure ‘feedout’ and ‘feedins’ are processed.
• Execute regular database maintenance tasks, including database defragmentation, backups, and database replication.
• Support activities include Sales Rep assignment when Orders are unallocated, duplicate commission positions etc.
• Support users and developers by resolving data-related technical issues and troubleshooting queries by guiding them with best practices.
Skills Required:
• 3+ years of experience in IT
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL programming.
• Developing stored procedures, packages, and functions in PL/SQL.
• Creating efficient database queries for high data retrieval speed.
• Designing and developing database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and triggers using PL/SQL.
• Developing and executing test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of PL/SQL code.
• Familiarity with database design principles and data modeling.
• Experience with database development tools like SQL Developer, Toad, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Experience with e2open CDM is a plus.
• Experience in SNOWFLAKE Datawarehouse is a plus.
