This is a unique opportunity to be part of our Global Planning & Forecasting Team in Poznań

The Planning & Forecasting Analyst is responsible for supporting the Northern Europe Business Unit (NE BU) with robust planning and forecasting activities as well as accurate, insightful and timely management reporting and analysis to drive business decisions.

As a Planning & Forecasting Analyst you will:

• Actively contribute to the success of P&F Northern Europe Team

• Support the reporting of financial results for the assigned business unit or NE markets

• Support the forecasting and planning cycles for the assigned business unit or NE markets

• Support the business unit regional review

• Assist with certain aspects of the financial month end review process

• Support Financial Leadership Team with ad-hoc analysis

Why you? 

Required qualifications:

• University Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics

• Relevant experience in a similar FP&A or controlling role, ideally within a corporate environment of a multinational company

• Proficiency in Excel - expertise in creating or extracting information from/to excel and use of advanced formulas

• Attention to details; ability to review financial information analytically, logical approach that develops in-process checks to identify whether data aligns with expectations

• Continuous improvement mindset

• Fluent English

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
