Job Description

The Plant Release Technician ensures the complete release of the manufacturing process and tooling based on EOS and customer requirements. This role involves leading the measurement and construction of the first piece by board with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring tooling validation, compliance with WPO, BOP, BOD, BOE, BOT, and proper design validation of duplicated boards. The technician also ensures proper information release, detects process risks, and eliminates them during implementation.
Must have:

  • Ensure tooling validation for all manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance to WPO, BOP, BOD, BOE and BOT.
  • Ensure complete validation of the proper design of duplicated boards.
  • Ensure all early phase inspections comply with product prints.
  • Lead and construct first piece sample according to print specifications.
  • Ensure proper information release according to applicable requirements.
  • Detect and eliminate process risks during master board release.

Job Details

Position Summary

Ensure complete release of manufacturing process including tooling based on the EOS requirements to comply with Customer requirements in order to assure that plant validation is effective according requirements and specifications. Lead measure and construction of the first piece by board with multidisciplinary team on duplicated boards according to the prints and product requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Flow IV & V

I. Ensure duplicated tooling release based on customer tolerances.

II. Ensure tooling validation for all manufacturing process (Kit Lines pos pre Check list).

III. Ensure compliance to WPO, BOP, BOD, BOE and BOT.

IV. Ensure complete validation of the proper design of duplicated boards.

V. Ensure that all inspections of the early phases are in compliance with product prints and requirements.

Ensure proper information release according applicable requirements.

Flow 4 & 5 / Mass production:

Ensure duplicated tooling release based on customer tolerances.

Ensure proper Validation of duplicated board release at manufacturing Kits, Lines, Cells and subassembly processes according master board requirements.

Ensure during master board process validation the lead and construction of first piece Sample according Print Specifications.

Ensure participation of multidisciplinary team during the Lead and construction of First piece Sample.

Ensure compliance to WPO, BOP, BOE and BOT.

Ensure proper compliance of WPO, BOP, BOE and BOT.

Ensure Validation of implementation of WPO, BOP, BOE and BOT with proper participation of multidisciplinary team.

Ensure proper update of mechanical and electrical prints.

Ensure complete validation of the proper design of duplicated process.

Ensure that duplicated board process meet applicable print and customer requirements.

Ensure proper Execution of outputs for duplicated board process, APQP, PFD, PFMEA, PCP, MSA, PPAP, Special characteristic and Safety product requirements.

Ensure duplicated board process meet with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Ensure proper information release are according applicable requirements.

Ensure duplicated board documentation according customer and EOS requirements.

Ensure update of all applicable documentation is proper update by multidisciplinary team. Compile all information of release process according record matrix requirements. Ensure that process is demonstrably capable of consistently delivering high quality outputs.

Detect process risks and eliminate them during the implementation of aster board release process.

Use Prevent and Assure activities to properly detect process risks.

Robust follow up to Open items for solving process.

Ensure correct hands off from Flow 4 to Flow 5 during SOP.
