The role involves carrying out a mix of commercial and retail fit-outs, shopping centre maintenance, body corporate plumbing, and occasional residential work. Responsibilities include WHS compliance, material organization, scheduling, apprentice supervision, using Tradify software, and performing various plumbing installations and repairs.

Must Have

• Maintain compliance with WHS requirements
• Organise materials and equipment for jobs
• Schedule work and oversee apprentices
• Accurately record job information in Tradify
• Complete rough ins, fit offs, drainage, hot water system installs, and grease trap installation
• At least 1 year of commercial plumbing experience
• Confident supervising apprentices and leading on site
• Experienced in working autonomously with minimal supervision
• Full plumbing qualifications and licences
• Hold a White Card
• Hold a valid Driver Licence

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to carry out a mix of commercial and retail fit outs, shopping centre maintenance, body corporate plumbing and occasional residential work.

Reporting directly to the Director and Office Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining compliance with WHS requirements
• Organising materials and equipment for each job
• Scheduling your own work and overseeing apprentices
• Accurately recording job information in Tradify management software
• Completing rough ins, fit offs, drainage, hot water system installs and grease trap installation

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in commercial plumbing
• Gas, TMV or Backflow endorsements highly regarded
• Confident supervising apprentices and leading on site
• Experienced in working autonomously with minimal supervision
• Full plumbing qualifications and licences, with a White Card and a valid Driver Licence
