【職務内容/Main Tasks】

アフターセールス&品質管理システム部では、お客様の快適なカーライフをサポートするために必要なシステムの開発・運用を行っています。

サービスエンジニアリングシステム領域は、アフターサービスにおいて効率的なメンテナンスサービスを行うためのシステム、車両や部品の品質を向上させるためのシステム、お客様にメンテナンスサービスの時期をお知らせするシステムなどの開発・運用を行い、お客様に最適なアフターサービスを提供し顧客満足度やブランド価値向上に努めています。

今回募集するプロジェクトマネージャー、及びビジネスアナリストのポジションは、車両整備現場の効率性や正確性を高めるためのデジタルトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャーのポジションで、業務プロセス分析や改善提案、新たなビジネスニーズに対応するためのシステム仕様の検討、システム開発のプロジェクトリードを行っていただきます。開発の車両の開発や生産、マーケティングセールスの部門とコミュニケーションを取りながらシステム開発を進めるため、日産自動車における車両関連業務を全体俯瞰できるやりがいのある業務です。

The Aftersales & Quality Management System Department develops and operates systems necessary to support customers' comfortable car life.

In the field of service engineering systems, we develop and operate systems for efficient after-sales maintenance services, systems for improving the quality of vehicles and parts, and systems for informing customers of the timing of maintenance services. We strive to improve customer satisfaction and brand value by providing after-sales services that are optimal for customers.

This position is the position of the project manager and business analyst of the digital transformation project to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the vehicle maintenance site. He/she will be responsible for business process analysis, improvement proposals, system specifications to meet new business needs, and project lead of system development. In order to promote system development while communicating with the development, production, and marketing divisions of Nissan, this is a challenging task that gives an overall overview of our vehicle-related operations.

【登録資格/Skills and experience required】
<MUST>

　・英語スキル：電話会議に支障が無いレベルの英語力。TOEIC 730
　・製造業もしくはPLM関連のシステム開発経験がある。
　・ITシステム開発のPM/BA経験がある。　(領域問わず)

・English skill: A level of English that does not interfere with conference calls.
・Having experience in manufacturing or PLM related system development.
・Having PM/BA experience in IT system development. (in any field)

<WANT>

・TOEIC 800

・上記のMUSTいずれかに対して2年以上の実務経験
・パッケージ製品（SIEMENS Teamcenter, SaaS等）の導入経験
・グローバルプロジェクトのPM経験

・At least 2 years of practical experience with any of the above MUST
・Experience implementing packaged products (SIEMENS Teamcenter, SaaS, etc.)
・PM experience on global projects
