  • Design Visuals That Matter: Build intuitive dashboards, reports, and executive summaries using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Support Strategic Planning: Provide executive leaders with reliable data insights to guide investments, initiatives, and planning.
  • Champion Data Integrity: Support data quality and consistency across systems and teams.
  • Foster Inclusion: Help build a team culture grounded in trust, openness, and a strong sense of belonging.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or a similar analytical role (ideally in a tech-forward or cross-functional setting)
  • Comfortable working with complex data across different systems
  • Proficient in Excel and business intelligence tools like Power BI
  • Strong at simplifying and visualizing data for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with business process mapping and continuous improvement.
  • Adaptable and resilient—able to navigate change and prioritize in fast-moving environments
  • A growth mindset: you're eager to learn, reflective, and open to different perspectives
  • A collaborative spirit: you thrive in diverse teams and value open, inclusive dialogue
  • Proficiency in implementing AI, automation, and RPA solutions to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
