Job Description

This role is responsible for independently developing project strategies and analytical approaches, interpreting benchmarking and statistical data to create new processes and tools for supply chain objectives. The manager will lead large cross-functional project teams, own complex strategic supply chain projects from planning to execution, and consult with business executives on high-level supply chain issues. They will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize solutions, leverage industry expertise for innovative ideas, and contribute to new frameworks and tools in supply chain projects.
Must Have:
  • Independently structure analytical approaches and develop project strategies by applying advanced, in-depth supply chain and industry knowledge.
  • Interpret benchmarking and statistical data to create new processes, strategies, and tools for supply chain business objectives.
  • Conduct investigation and prepare business case and financial analysis for supply chain projects and programs.
  • Lead large, cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance to achieve project goals.
  • Own complex strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provide findings resulting from project execution.
  • Consult with business executives on a wide range of high-level supply chain issues, including risk management and new growth opportunities.
  • Work with key stakeholders as required to optimize supply chain solutions and provide input into new process capability requirements.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall supply chain strategies and long-term goals.
  • Leverage industry and subject matter expertise to contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
  • Create new frameworks for delivery and contribute to tools, templates, and intellectual capital.
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

  • Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall supply chain strategies and long-term goals of the organization.
  • Leverages industry and subject matter expertise to contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas in supply chain projects and programs.
  • Creates new frameworks for delivery and contributes to tools, templates, and intellectual capital.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $115,850 to $178,400 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
