HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY?

• Mapping and documentation of key company processes
• Performance analysis and identification of areas for improvement
• Designing concrete recommendations and measures to increase efficiency
• Assessing the impact of proposed changes on the organization
• Collaboration with management and employees during change implementation
• Leading projects focused on process improvement
• Training and supporting employees in introducing new procedures
• Reporting progress and presenting results to management
• Active support for a culture of continuous improvement and process thinking

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• 5+ years of experience in project management or ERP system implementation in general or lean
• Knowledge of change management and process management principles
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Advanced English and Czech language skills
• Experience in managing a small team is very welcome
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team and lead projects
• Problem-solving orientation and ability to implement changes
• Analytical thinking and systematic approach
• Stress resistance and ability to make unpopular decisions
