How can you contribute to the change and development of the company?

• Managing final assembly operations and ensuring efficient production
• Leading, developing, and motivating the production team
• Collaborating on production strategies with company management
• Fulfilling key production indicators (KPIs): safety, productivity, quality, COPQ, ATR
• Improving working and safety conditions
• Responsibility for adhering to OHS
• Seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Adhering to the quality management system
• Compiling and controlling the budget and business plan
• Collaborating with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Methods departments

• Experience in a similar leadership position in production

• Advanced knowledge of English for daily communication
