Voodoo is seeking a seasoned Producer to join a newly established internal studio in Paris, focused on developing a promising RPG/midcore game. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, planning, resource allocation, tracking progress, risk mitigation, and ensuring high standards of quality and innovation. Responsibilities include defining scope, creating schedules, overseeing QA, providing gameplay feedback, establishing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices. This role requires a deep passion for RPG/midcore games and a proven track record of success in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a producer or product owner and a strong understanding of agile processes. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the direction of a potentially blockbuster game within a dedicated and agile studio environment.

Role
We’re seeking a talented and seasoned Producer who is deeply passionate about RPG/midcore games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. With extensive experience in the industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation.
1. Project management & Planning:
- Define scope and create schedules
- Drive resource allocation in the studio
- Track progress and mitigate risks
- Champion the game vision
- Oversee QA for quality
- Provide feedback on gameplay and player experience
- Establish and refine development workflows
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks
