Job Description

We are looking for a Product Analyst - Monetization to help shape how game developers grow their businesses. You’ll be at the center of transforming data into insights, and insights into decisions that drive measurable impact. You bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of product metrics, and a proactive mindset, comfortable working across teams, building models, and presenting complex findings in a simple, actionable way.
Must have:
  • Define and track key product success metrics.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to analyze user behavior.
  • Build and optimize funnel analyses.
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and product experiments.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate and complete event tracking.
  • Identify and validate growth opportunities across partner shops and platforms.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations.
  • 3+ years of experience in product, business, or data analytics.
  • Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of product metrics, user funnels, and hypothesis testing.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex analysis clearly.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a bias for actionable insights.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the gaming, payments, or digital commerce industry.
  • Familiarity with event streaming/warehouse systems (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
  • Knowledge of statistics or advanced experimentation methods (e.g., multivariate testing, causal inference).
  • Background in customer lifecycle analytics (acquisition, retention, monetization).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment.

You bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of product metrics, and a proactive mindset. You’re comfortable working across teams, building models, and presenting complex findings in a simple, actionable way. Responsibilities

  • Define and track key product success metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and growth.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to analyze user behavior and understand the impact of product changes.
  • Build and optimize funnel analyses to identify drop-off points and recommend improvements.
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and product experiments to validate hypotheses.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that influence product roadmaps.
  • Ensure accurate and complete event tracking, collaborating with engineering to maintain high data quality.
  • Identify and validate growth opportunities across partner shops and platforms.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations that make insights accessible to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product, business, or data analytics (ideally in a product-driven company).
  • Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python for data querying, cleaning, and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of product metrics, user funnels, and hypothesis testing.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a bias for actionable insights.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in the gaming, payments, or digital commerce industry.
