Job Description

• Lead the Product and Portfolio strategy for the assigned Target Market, prioritizing actions to maximize profitability.
• Manage the introduction of new products through local developments and/or imports, driving Innovation in accordance with Sika's quality standards.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Develop technical and commercial tools (technical data sheets, success stories, videos, application guides, etc.) to drive sales.
• Provide support to the sales team and customers through Technical Assistance and specialized training.
• Provide practical Market and Product reports that support commercial decision-making.
• Position yourself as the trusted Market specialist and consultant for the customer.
• Perform technical specification and homologation.
• Other related functions.

Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering.
