Job Summary
As a Product and Technology Operations Manager at CyberArk, you will lead automation efforts to enhance clarity, accountability, and efficiency across the Product & Technology organization. This role involves leveraging AI and automation to streamline operations, improve processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will design and deploy automated processes, develop operational frameworks, drive cross-functional projects, and establish KPIs to measure impact.
Must Have
- Execute hands-on automation efforts to drive clarity, accountability, and efficiency.

- Develop and implement operational frameworks for planning, execution, and accountability.
- Drive cross-functional operational projects and optimize processes.
- Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering and management, economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations or hands-on project management in SaaS/technology.
- Experience applying AI and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).
- Comfortable using BI and project management tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Monday.com, Excel).
- Proven success leading initiatives improving operational efficiency, governance, or process effectiveness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to apply data and KPIs to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have
- Understanding of budgeting principles, with exposure to cloud cost management and FinOps practices.

Job Description
As a Product and Technology Operations Manager, you will execute hands-on automation efforts that drive clarity, accountability, and efficiency across the Product & Technology (P&T) organization.
This role requires technical experience combined with operational leadership and data-driven innovation—with a focus on improving the P&T organization’s processes. You will play a central role in leveraging AI and automation to streamline operations, supporting efficiencies, and enable smarter, faster decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy structured, automated, and AI-informed processes (e.g., Power Automate) to improve reporting, visibility, and decision-making.
- Develop and implement operational frameworks that enhance planning, execution, and accountability across P&T initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional operational projects. Partner with Operation, Engineering, and others to optimize processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and savings.
- Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics that measure efficiency, predictability, and impact of the improved operations.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence and innovation, driving continuous improvement through structure, insight, and automation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering and management, economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, or hands-on project management, preferably within a SaaS or technology organization.
- Experience in applying AI and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) to enhance business processes. Comfortable using BI and project management tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Monday.com, Excel) and learning new systems as needed.
- Proven success leading initiatives that improve operational efficiency, governance, or process effectiveness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply data and KPIs to guide decisions and measure outcomes. Understanding of budgeting principles, with exposure to cloud cost management and FinOps practices – an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for driving structure, clarity, and measurable results.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills – must.
