We are currently seeking a Product Communications Coordinator to join our Birmingham team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective communication strategies around our product offerings. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate communication plans for product launches and updates
Write and edit product messaging, FAQs, technical sheets, and internal briefs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure accurate product representation
Support the execution of marketing campaigns tied to product initiatives
Maintain product documentation and communication guidelines
Monitor and analyze the impact of communication efforts
Assist in managing product training content for internal stakeholders
