Job Description: Product Designer
Location: Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore
Mode: Fully Work from the Office

Summary:
We are looking for self-driven, highly skilled UI/UX Designers who thrive in a dynamic environment and can independently handle end-to-end design processes. You should be proficient in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences while being able to communicate with clients effectively and stakeholders. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and gather feedback.
- Own the entire design process from ideation to execution, delivering high-quality visual and interactive experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
- Incorporate user feedback and data insights to iterate and improve designs through sprint cycles.
- Design intuitive and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications, considering both usability and aesthetics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present ideas and justify design decisions.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in UI/UX design with a proven track record of independently delivering complex design projects.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final visual designs. The portfolio should demonstrate your ability to handle both UI and UX tasks independently and present complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency: Expert in Figma and other industry-standard tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Skills:
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with design systems and pattern libraries.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS) is a plus.
