Product Designer

Sensi.AI is seeking a Product Designer to take full ownership of the product's user experience in a fast-paced startup environment. This high-impact role involves designing intuitive web and mobile experiences from concept to production, translating complex data requirements, and solving UX challenges. The designer will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, making a direct impact on how businesses and end users interact with the platform.

Must Have

• Develop deep understanding of business, users, and product context.
• Own the design process end-to-end, from discovery to production.
• Translate complex product and data requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Identify and solve usability and UX challenges.
• Lead design work in ambiguous problem spaces independently.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design.
• Proven experience designing B2C/B2B/B2B2C products.
• Strong experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience with user research, testing, and iterative design processes.
• Innovative mindset and experience working with AI tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mentality and independence.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to design intuitive experiences across web and mobile, with direct impact on how businesses and end users interact with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business, users, and product context in a fast-moving startup environment
• Own the design process end-to-end: from discovery and concept through wireframes, flows, UI, micro-copy, and production
• Translate complex product and data requirements into clear, intuitive experiences across web and mobile applications
• Identify usability and UX challenges and solve them with smart, simple, and scalable design solutions
• Lead design work in ambiguous problem spaces, taking strong ownership and making decisions independently
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design
• Proven experience designing B2C/B2B/B2B2C products
• Strong experience designing web and mobile applications
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design
• Experience with user research, testing, and iterative design processes
• Innovative mindset and experience working with AI tools as part of modern design workflows
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders
• Strong ownership mentality, independence, and ability to balance design quality with business and technical constraints
