Job Summary

As a Caterer Production Manager, you will be responsible for on-site food production within our kitchen, defining and adapting the offering based on seasonality. You will supervise a team of 5, ensuring daily production while adhering to hygiene rules. Key tasks include developing recipes, managing menus and production schedules, overseeing stock and suppliers, and actively participating in product presentation and sales. A CAP Charcutier-traiteur qualification and relevant experience are required.

Must Have

Job Description

After a period of integration and training in our store's methods, you will be responsible for on-site production within our kitchen.

You will define and adapt the offering according to seasonality. We daily produce: cooked dishes, pizzas, pastry charcuterie, cold starters, desserts...

You will supervise a team of 5 people, integrating yourself to ensure good daily production while respecting the mandatory hygiene rules for all manufacturing.

You will develop your recipe sheets as well as your weekly menus and production schedules.

You will ensure the promotion of products and will have a real role in advising and selling to your customers.

A daily actor, you will be responsible for stock & supplier management and will pay particular attention to the choice of products.

Proactive, you will imagine, create, and highlight our product offering.

Qualifications
