We are seeking an experienced Product Line Manager to oversee product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle. This role involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams. The goal is to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction targets are met by delivering timely solutions and influencing design and business priorities based on market needs. The manager will also support pre-sales and manufacturing processes.
Must have:
  • Define marketing specifications for new products and features.
  • Interface with customers and internal engineering to capture market requirements.
  • Author Marketing Requirements, including market study, competition analysis, product requirements, price, planning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Communicate customer needs to internal organizations to influence design and business priorities.
  • Coordinate with business development teams to prioritize product features.
  • Research and participate in standards activities to ensure industry conformance.
  • Develop pre-sales documentation to support the BD team.
  • Support internal manufacturing and business processes for successful program delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Product Line Manager to join our growing team. The Product Line Manager will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Define the marketing specification of new products and features.
  • Interface directly with OSCILLOQUARTZ customers and customer facing organizations, and with internal engineering organizations, to capture market requirements and satisfy tactical and strategic customer needs.
  • Author Marketing Requirements, including Market study, Competition analysis, Product requirements, Price, Planning, go to market strategy.
  • Communicate customer needs back into OSCILLOQUARTZ internal organizations to influence design and business priorities and to deliver timely solutions to customer programs.
  • Coordinate with OSCILLOQUARTZ business development teams to prioritize product features across a broad range of opportunities. Research and participate in standards activities in related fields and disciplines to ensure conformance to relevant industry standards and practices.
  • Develop pre-sales documentation to support OSCILLOQUARTZ BD team.
  • Support internal manufacturing and business processes to realize successful program delivery.

Requirements

  • B. Sc / M. Sc . in Computer Science or a related engineering field
  • MBA - desired
  • Background experience in software and hardware development
  • More than 2 years as a Product Line Manager in the Hi-Tech industry, preferred Telecom
  • Knowledge in network synchronization and related technologies – an advantage (e.g.IEEE 1588, GPS/GNSS)
  • Ability to help customer in designing its Time & Frequency distribution system
  • High self learning and organizational skills
  • Experience with selling / supporting sales is an advantage
  • Excellent teamwork skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Excellent presentation skills so to make complex technology simple, motivate sales forces and build customer confidence and trust.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
