Adtran is seeking a highly motivated student for a Dual Course of Studies in Industrial Engineering – Technical Sales or Digital Industry. This program combines theoretical engineering education at Gera-Eisenach Cooperative State University with practical training at Adtran, offering extensive qualifications and diverse career prospects. The study program starts on October 1st, 2025, lasts three years, and includes 50% practical work per semester, covering electrical engineering, product development, quality and project management, and business administration.
Must have:
- A level or similar qualification
- Interest in entrepreneurial and macroeconomic issues
- Mathematical and analytical thinking skills
- Solution-oriented and independent working style
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Commitment and ability to work under pressure

Course and contents of the study program
- Apprenticeship contract with Adtran
- Appropriate apprenticeship remuneration
- Start of studies on October 1st 2025
- Total duration of studies 3 years; 50% of each semester is spent working in the company
- Main subjects of studies involve: Electrical engineering, product development, quality and project management, business administration
- Graduation with bachelor's thesis
