This dual course of studies offers a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Technical Sales or Digital Industry. Designed for highly motivated students, the program integrates theoretical engineering education at Gera-Eisenach Cooperative State University (Eisenach campus) with hands-on practical training within our company. Over three years, students will gain comprehensive qualifications, spending 50% of each semester in practical work. This unique combination provides extensive skills in electrical engineering, product development, quality and project management, and business administration, opening up a wide range of career prospects in an international environment.

Course and contents of the study program

• Apprenticeship contract with ADVA
• Appropriate apprenticeship remuneration
• Start of studies on October 1st
• Total duration of studies 3 years; 50% of each semester is spent working in the company
• Main subjects of studies involve: Electrical engineering, product development, quality and project management, business administration
• Graduation with bachelor's thesis
