We are looking for Product Managers who can manage the development of breathtaking mobile games!

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing the pipeline of hyper-casual development process from MVP stage to the final product release,
• Researching and analyzing hyper-casual market Daily,
• Developing new hyper-casual game ideas as a part of strategy team,
• Being responsible for creation and execution of plans and procedures for projects,
• Writing the game documentation including UI/UX suggestions, references of competing games, main user flows and wireframe prototypes in detail,
• Working together with the development and art team and organizing them for planning and setting up new features & updates after release,
• Preparing daily and weekly schedules across the teams by using various time management tools to organize the production stage,
• Preparing game event log and analyzing data to provide insights on game features;
• Preparing and executing A/B tests and reporting on the key findings,
• Designing, balancing and aiming to continuously improve engagement, retention, and monetization,
• Ensuring weekly/monthly revenue targets are met;
• Reviewing competing games to stay on top of the market trends in in-game marketing.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with project management thesis or similar,
• Excellent speaking and verbal English skills,
• Great communication skills, effective listener and pioneer mind set,
• Strong interest and passion for gaming; knowledge of mobile games,
• 1+ year experience in a similar position is a must have,
• Experience in gaming company is great to have,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Good Knowledge in statistics, data analysis, SQL knowledge is a plus,
• Excellent communication skills and highly organized person.
