EveryMatrix is seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead AI and automation initiatives within the iGaming space. This role focuses on transforming operational complexity, regulatory compliance, and customer experience by solving high-impact issues like payment delays, bonus disputes, KYC friction, and bet settlement accuracy. You will shape and execute the roadmap for intelligent automation and AI-driven services, building scalable systems to improve trust, transparency, and efficiency across global operations.
Must Have:
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team focused on AI and automation.
  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI and automation.
  • Tackle real-world iGaming challenges like withdrawal delays, unclear promotions, and incorrect bet settlements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Payments, Customer service, CRM, and Engineering.
  • Translate regulatory and operational needs into intelligent, automated workflows and AI-powered decisioning tools.
  • Own prioritization and backlog management across all automation and AI workstreams.
  • Present strategy and progress to senior leadership with clear KPIs and business impact.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as automation success rates and resolution speed, driving continuous optimization.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends and regulatory developments in iGaming to identify opportunities and ensure compliance.
  • Five or more years of experience in product management, ideally within iGaming.
  • Experience working with or leading automation and AI initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of iGaming operations, especially payments, KYC, promotions, and dispute resolution.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a track record of cross-functional delivery.
  • Ability to translate regulatory and operational complexity into scalable product solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and accountable, with a proven ability to drive complex initiatives to completion.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap for intelligent automation and AI-driven services that directly address the most common pain points in iGaming. This is a unique opportunity to build scalable, intelligent systems that improve trust, transparency, and efficiency across our global operations. Key responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a dedicated team focused on AI and automation, driving delivery of intelligent microservices and decisioning systems • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI and automation, aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and player protection standards • Tackle real-world iGaming challenges such as: - Withdrawal delays and payment failures - Unclear promotions and bonus terms - Incorrect bet settlements, voided bets and dispute resolution - KYC and identity verification friction - Responsible gambling tooling and self-exclusion flows • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Payments, Customer service, CRM as well as Engineering to scope initiatives and ensure delivery • Translate regulatory and operational needs into intelligent, automated workflows and AI-powered decisioning tools • Own prioritisation and backlog management across all automation and AI workstreams • Present strategy and progress to senior leadership, with clear KPIs and business impact • Analyse performance metrics such as automation success rates, resolution speed, and player satisfaction, and drive continuous optimisation • Stay ahead of AI trends and regulatory developments in iGaming to identify opportunities and ensure compliance What you need to know: • Five or more years of experience in product management, ideally within iGaming or a similarly regulated, high-scale environment • Experience working with or leading automation and AI initiatives, either hands-on or strategically • Deep understanding of iGaming operations, especially payments, KYC, promotions, and dispute resolution • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-functional delivery • Ability to translate regulatory and operational complexity into scalable product solutions • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a passion for measurable impact • Highly organised, proactive, and accountable, with a proven ability to drive complex initiatives to completion Here's what we offer: • 2 additional days of paid leave added each year until your fifth year with us. • Stay Healthy: 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required • Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).
