Job Summary
Hutch is seeking a Product Manager for their flagship motorsports title, F1 Clash, to drive its growth and achieve the #1 mobile racing game position. The role involves designing, scoping, and implementing features, improvements, and events to enhance gameplay and metrics. The Product Manager will be entrepreneurial, conduct research, analyze data, and collaborate with other teams to maximize impact, while also forecasting performance and championing the player experience.
Must Have
- Design, scope, and implement features, improvements, and events for outstanding gameplay.
- Test new ideas, set up experiments, events, offers, bundles, and live operations.
- Use user and competitive research, along with performance data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Consumer Insights and Product Marketing.
- Understand and forecast game performance, live ops, and features using dashboards and analysis.
- Be a player champion, focusing on player experience.
- Track record of Product Management on free-to-play games.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining game features and events.
- Good knowledge of the free-to-play games market and best practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong drive to succeed and "get it done" attitude.
- Scientific approach using data-led hypothesis.
- Analytical ability with experience in experiments and performance investigation.
Good to Have
- Experience working with gacha-led and/or midcore games
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Amplitude or Tableau
- Experience with CRM tools like Braze, Leanplum
- Passion for Cars or Motorsports
- Experience with Racing Games

Product Manager
Hutch is looking for a Product Manager to accelerate the growth of our flagship motorsports title - F1 Clash and help deliver our ambition to be the #1 mobile racing game.
Join us as Product Manager, working on one of the biggest IPs in the world, to build, operate and improve amazing features, systems and events and grow this game to new heights.
Responsibilities
- As Product Manager, you’ll design, scope and implement features, improvements and events that result in an outstanding gameplay experience for our players and positively inflect metrics.
- Be entrepreneurial, getting hands on to test out new ideas, setting up experiments, events, offers, bundles and live operations to maximise the game’s performance.
- You’ll use user and competitive research, along with performance data analysis to identify opportunities to grow the game.
- Partner with other parts of the organisation including Consumer Insights and Product Marketing to maximise the impact of your features and events.
- Understand and forecast the performance of the game, live ops, and your features using dashboards and analysis, communicating this with the wider team.
- Be a player champion, paying close attention to the player experience.
Requirements
- A track record of Product Management working on free to play game(s).
- Hands on experience designing, building and maintaining features and events in games.
- Good knowledge of the free to play games market and best practices from top performing games with understanding of why they are succeeding.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Drive - Strong drive to succeed and “get it done” attitude.
- Scientific approach - using logical data-led hypothesis approach, with well structured thinking built on an understanding of the connection between a KPI and the changes needed to improve it.
- Analytical ability, with experience running and reading out on experiments, feature or live ops launches and investigating game performance issues.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with gacha-led and/or midcore games
- Experience with dashboardings such as Amplitude or Tableau
- Experience with CRM tools like Braze, Leanplum etc.
- Passion for Cars or Motorsports
- Experience with Racing Games
