Job Summary
This is a full-time Product Manager role located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have experience working on at least one product development project and be knowledgeable about Scrum and Agile methodologies. Responsibilities include assisting with Discovery, Definition, and Development activities, facilitating task estimations and prioritization, monitoring and tracking issues and risks, escalating impediments, monitoring resourcing, planning and implementing risk mitigation, and driving project management activities like sprint planning, story grooming, and sprint retrospectives. Strong technical background in areas such as Java/.Net application development, AWS, or DevOps is preferred. Excellent communication and high-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive skills are essential for success in this role.
